The first thing that you need to do when you are trying to achieve the perfect abs or any type of muscle definition is to watch your diet. You need to bulk up on protein and cut out the carbohydrates if you want to attain the perfect abs. This does not mean that you have to lose a lot of weight, but it does mean that you have to lose belly fat, which will get seriously in the way of your perfect abs.
